Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to join our team at Concentra. As a Center Medical Director, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and leading our outpatient care team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Leadership: Provide exceptional clinical care delivery within the center, consistent with Concentra's clinical model, and ensure optimal clinical outcomes for our workforce patient population.
  • Center Operations: Share responsibilities with the Center Leadership Team, including onboarding, coaching, and ensuring that standard workflows are followed.
  • Clinical Improvement: Collaborate with the Director of Medical Operations (DMO) to identify opportunities to improve clinical quality, workflows, safety, and patient experience.
  • Market Growth: Maintain and leverage relationships with employers, payers, referral sources, networks, and local communities to drive market growth.
  • Staff Management: Assist the DMO and EA in managing center staffing and adjustments for unforeseen coverage needs.
Requirements
  • Medical License: Current unrestricted medical license in Pennsylvania.
  • DEA Registration: Unrestricted DEA registration in Pennsylvania.
  • Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible with ABMS or AOA.
  • Medical Degree: Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
