Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., with no major holidays or weekends required.
Compensation: The salary range for this role is $17.31-$26.69, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers in various patient care activities, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
- Guide patients to examination rooms and assist them with mobility, dressing, and preparation for examinations.
- Gather patient medical histories, record vital signs, and conduct screenings as per provider protocols.
- Communicate instructions and information to patients and their families.
- Manage patient medical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
- Obtain necessary lab and x-ray reports, as well as referral information.
- Prepare and maintain patient charts, ensuring all information is accurately filed.
- Schedule patient appointments and verify insurance details.
- Ensure examination rooms are prepared and maintained according to health and safety standards.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and restock as necessary.
- Facilitate patient flow by managing schedules effectively.
- Respond to phone inquiries and provide relevant patient education as directed.
- Perform clinical procedures in accordance with established policies.
- Comply with regulatory agency requirements and maintain confidentiality of medical records.
- Administer medications and vaccines under physician supervision when appropriate.
- Complete additional front office tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with medical terminology are essential.
For Senior Medical Assistants:
- Completion of a Medical Assistant Program or equivalent training is required.
- Certification from recognized bodies (AMT, AAMA, NAHP, NCCT, or NHA) or at least one year of relevant patient care experience is necessary.
- Demonstrated responsibility and proficiency in specific clinical tasks are required.
Licensure and Certifications:
- CPR certification based on AHA standards is required within 30 days of hire.
- Clearances must be obtained as per regulatory requirements.
