Chief Clinical Officer Job Description

Maryhaven, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Clinical Officer to lead our clinical services team. As a key member of our leadership team, the Chief Clinical Officer will be responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of clinical programs and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services that meet the needs of our patients and clients.
  • Lead and manage a team of clinical staff, including clinical directors, program managers, and therapists.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of clinical services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including licensure, accreditation, and funding agency standards.
  • Develop and manage budgets for clinical programs and services.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a related field, such as counseling, social work, or psychology.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in a behavioral health setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams and managing budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Valid State of Ohio licensure, such as LISW, LPCC, or LICDC.
