Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our team at Spees Design Build. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality architectural designs and technical documentation for various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate design concepts into workable construction systems and maintain quality technical and design control.
  • Collaborate with project consultants and team members to ensure the coordination of project documentation.
  • Develop design and construction documents for projects, utilizing Revit and AutoCAD software.
  • Participate in the construction administration of projects and review of submittals.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional architectural experience.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, standards, and codes, including IBC codes and LEED.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to effectively meet deadlines and work independently or with a team.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software.
