Job Title: Senior FP&A AnalystJob Summary

The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability by providing strategic financial planning and analysis support to the organization. This individual will be responsible for gathering and analyzing financial performance data, identifying trends and opportunities, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and cost reduction
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
  • Provide strategic financial planning and analysis support to senior leadership and business stakeholders
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial planning and analysis tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
