Senior Vice President of Private Client Banking Sales

As a Senior Vice President of Private Client Banking Sales, you will lead the sales, marketing, and educational efforts for all Private Client Banking products. This role requires a high level of autonomy, extensive knowledge, and skills to drive sales targets and increase engagement among PCG management, advisors, and branch professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and increase advisor participation in Private Client Banking products.
- Collaborate with product teams to establish sales budgets and hold teams accountable for production and profitability objectives.
- Lead key communication efforts to educate internal and external sales teams and PCB executive leadership on product positioning, material product changes, and enhancements.
- Develop and deepen relationships to strategically promote and integrate PCB products, expand firm planning capabilities, and generate new business opportunities.
- Oversee advisor education strategy, including national/regional conferences, senior-level advisor and client seminars, branch presentations, advisory councils, and other sales functions.
- Represent the firm at industry conferences and applicable meetings.
- Manage business unit in accordance with established Bank policies and practices to achieve satisfactory safety and soundness and compliance regulatory examination results.
- Perform human resources activities, including administering progressive discipline policies, evaluating performance, approving recruitment of new or replacement positions, and approving training and development recommendations.
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university with a minimum of 15 years of experience in banking or financial services with relevant sales background and at least 5 years of leadership experience.
- Expert knowledge of credit products, including residential mortgage products, securities-based loans, and high net worth tailored lending products.
- Thorough banking and broker-dealer regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to provide a high level of customer service.
- Outstanding oral and written communications.
- Ability to coach and mentor a high-performing sales, education, and engagement team.
