Responsibilities:


  • Maintain the highest level of customer service by interacting with homeowners in a professional manner.
  • Perform regular maintenance duties, including basic pump and filter maintenance, vacuuming, skimming, and brushing pools.
  • Ensure proper chemical levels and maintain salt systems and chlorine generators.
  • Perform occasional minor repairs and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a safe working environment.


Requirements:


  • Valid driver's license with a clear driving record.
  • Reliable transportation to work.
  • A working and reliable cell phone.
  • A clear criminal history and ability to pass a drug test.
  • Ability to lift up to 100lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in pool maintenance preferred.
