Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and assist with paperwork
• Maintain the sign-in sheet and ensure the accuracy of patient demographics
• Enter charges into the system and collect co-payments as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalency
• Customer service experience
• Medical terminology knowledge
• Computer skills
• Ability to work 12 hour shifts and weekends
• Willingness to work at other centers as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience working in a patient services representative position
