Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer competitive pay with shift differentials, Paid Time Off (PTO), Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization.
About the Role
This weekend role involves working 12-hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. As a Weekend Baylor RN/LPN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans, administering medications and treatments as prescribed, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care, documenting resident care accurately and timely, and supporting and supervising nursing assistants as needed.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have an active RN or LPN license in the state of Iowa, be compassionate and committed to delivering top-quality care, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
