Key Responsibilities

Customer Focus
  • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Engage with customers to understand their project needs and provide expert recommendations.
  • Utilize the F.A.S.T. service model to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
Product Knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including fabrics, notions, and other materials.
  • Use product knowledge to drive sales and provide customers with expert recommendations.
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide guidance on usage and care.
Store Operations
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including shelves, racks, and display areas.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including lifting and moving heavy boxes.
Teamwork
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in store events and activities to drive sales and engage with customers.
  • Assist with training new team members and provide guidance on store policies and procedures.


Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is able to work in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous retail experience is preferred, but not required.
