Outside Sales Representative

Keller Freight Solutions is seeking a skilled Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for conducting sales out in the field, interacting with both potential and existing customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client logistics needs and challenges to provide customized solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that demonstrate the value of our services.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM software.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in the logistics field preferred
- Excellent organization and planning skills that accommodate the client's needs
- HS diploma, College degree preferred
- Strong motivation for achieving sales goals and initiatives through regular planning
- Negotiation skills and ability to sell customer needs
- Proven results in building relationships with clients
- Ability to manage processes
- Effective communicator, with strong oral and written skills
Working Conditions:
- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
- Must be willing to travel as needed.
