About the Role

World Market Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for modeling and leading a customer-first selling culture, driving business growth, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Store Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies and visual brand standards.
  • Analyze business trends and develop solutions to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, providing training, recognition, and performance management.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of diversity and belonging.
  • Execute daily business tasks and duties assigned by the Store Manager, including planning and executing sales promotions and events.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, depending on business needs.
  • Minimum age 21 years.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
