Customer Experience Expert

Carter's/OshKosh is seeking a Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales in our retail stores. As a Customer Experience Expert, you will be the face of our brand, welcoming customers and providing assistance with our products. You will be responsible for resolving customer issues, executing point-of-sale transactions, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. If you have a positive and solutions-oriented mindset, demonstrated customer service skills, and effective communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and provide assistance with our products
Resolve customer issues and balance multiple customers in a busy retail environment
Execute point-of-sale transactions and complete floor replenishment
Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers
Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and clean store
