Job Summary

The Chief Administrative Officer and Business Strategist will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and support to the Human Resources department. This includes managing the department's budget, overseeing communications, and providing guidance on business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the department's budget, including salaries, operational spending, and software expenses.
  • Oversee communications for the Human Resources department, including planning and implementing messaging and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on business operations, including process improvement, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
  • Participate in leadership meetings and provide support to other leadership team members.
Requirements
  • Requires at least a baccalaureate degree in a relevant field.
  • Professional experience in an office setting, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deal effectively and professionally with a variety of persons at all levels of management within and external to a university environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills, with proficiency in planning, organizing, prioritizing multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Accounting or similar experience preferred.
  • Strong financial management, communication, and organizational capabilities.
