  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop.
  • Experience with Field Operations and working with external customers.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a focus on fostering a positive work culture and developing people.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus, but not required.
