We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our Accounting & Finance department at PharmScript, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Perform cash accounting duties, including depositing daily cash collections and posting cash receipts.
- Maintain cash collection details in Excel files for cash application and assist Bookkeepers with various clerical functions.
- Prepare refund checks, replacement refund checks, and void checks as needed.
- Scan documents for shared drive archiving and support incoming and outgoing mail duties.
- Mailing letters related to old refunds not cashed and perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer knowledge in MS Excel and Word.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment.
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
