Job Title: Inbound Call Center Agent

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inbound Call Center Agent to join our team. As an Inbound Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
