About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator. In this role, you will provide personalized support to clients, working closely with Counselors and Nursing staff to ensure their comfort and well-being throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional, courteous, and empathetic support to clients at all times
  • Communicate effectively with Counselors and Nursing staff regarding client issues and care
  • Encourage positive interactions and conversations amongst clients and staff
  • Transport clients throughout the facility as needed
  • Ensure clients adhere to program activity schedule and conduct regular room checks
  • Observe clients for inconsistent behavior and report to appropriate staff
  • Assist in de-escalating behaviorally compromised clients
  • Monitor client linen and laundry, replenishing supplies as needed
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and opportunities for professional development.
