MDW Associates is seeking a highly skilled Government Purchase Card (GPC) Specialist to support the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) in Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia. This is a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist staff in preparing micro-purchase contract packages
- Complete GPC forms and route them for funding validation
- Gather required signatures from requirement owners
- Conduct market research for multiple resellers
- Submit final packages to cardholders for final purchase
- Provide guidance and direction for specific projects or sub-tasks
- Coordinate activities and interact with government personnel daily
- Correct errors identified during the acceptance process
- 3+ years of experience in managing and preparing strategic communications and financial management of IT micro-purchase contracts paid for by the GPC
- High school degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- US DoD Secret Clearance required (US Citizenship required)
