- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver RF hardware designs that meet industry standards and customer requirements.
- Research, design, plan, develop, and evaluate RF hardware designs, translating system-level requirements into final product designs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess product application needs, provide design modeling and simulation testing, and engineer technical solutions.
- Determine hardware specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for end products, considering hardware/software interactions and overall system context.
- Coordinate the design of hardware components and integrate total hardware devices.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve program support deficiencies, developing and recommending corrective actions.
- Influence strategic decisions within the professional area, affecting the performance of the subfunction.
- Develop concepts to set the professional direction of the organizational unit, solving highly complex or novel problems based on sophisticated analytical thought and complex judgment.
- Act as a senior subject matter expert, serving as a best practice/quality resource and acknowledged authority within and outside the organizational unit.
- Lead functional teams or projects with considerable resource requirements, risk, and complexity, handling day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of working experience on RF product or relevant HW development as an expert or leader.
- Good understanding of mobile telecommunication standards.
- Good understanding of several HW development competencies.
- Good understanding of Radio Platforms and Architectures.
- Basic understanding of RAN system.
- Ability to take overall accountability for product technology as technical chief.
- Ability to lead engineering discussions till resolution for critical technical issues.
- Ability to take authority over design reviews and build maturity decisions.
- Ability to lead program TMT and drive efficient decision-making.
- Ability to create HW architecture and other specifications.
- Ability to secure product design compliance with requirements.
- Ability to lead FS1TA and contribute CFAM and FOT.
