About the Role

We are seeking an experienced RF Engineer to collaborate with our Telecommunications team. In this role, you will manage all aspects of RF design for macros, modifications, and small cells. You will also be responsible for reviewing construction closeout documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Macro/Small Cell design in Atoll, including antenna selection and placement for urban and suburban environments
  • Conduct intermodulation analyses of antenna systems and components
  • Calculate efficiency of various multiple-antenna schemes and analyze tradeoffs
  • Calculate link budgets to evaluate system performance and reliability
  • Determine and analyze antenna-related parameters and their effects on coverage and capacity
  • Design and implement antenna systems, including various types, patterns, and installations
  • Submit E911 and TVW's to the CSCF team to meet activation timelines
  • Create RFDS' in FUZE and load CQ's via Conquest
  • Review real estate applications for accuracy prior to lease execution
  • Evaluate regulatory compliance for sites concerning health, safety, and environmental requirements
  • Conduct EME analysis, generate reports, and ensure compliance with RFE mitigation standards
  • Review construction documents to verify as-built construction vs RF design

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or another technical field
  • Four or more years of relevant RF design and optimization work experience

Work Arrangement

Hybrid schedule: Tuesdays and Wednesdays: Office-based in Little Rock, AR; Monday, Thursday, and Friday: Remote work. Reliable home internet connection for VPN access to the office is required.
