We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internet Sales Associate to join our team at Lou Sobh Honda. As an Internet Sales Associate, you will be responsible for handling incoming internet inquiries and phone leads, responding to emails in a professional manner, and assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle. You will also be responsible for conceptualizing and understanding the psychology of internet customers and working with them to set appointments for vehicle demonstrations.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming internet inquiries and phone leads.
  • Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle, providing industry knowledge and exceptional customer service.
  • Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them to set appointments for vehicle demonstrations.
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet.
  • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.
Requirements
  • Previous BDC or Automotive Sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask required.
  • Ambitious, goal-oriented mentality and eagerness to improve.
  • Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages.
  • Valid driver's license.
