Client Relationship Director

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our sales team and cultivate relationships with existing clients and prospects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with our company goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a team. You will work closely with our senior management team to set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
