Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site technical support to clients, including installation, servicing, and repairing systems.
  • Conduct quality checks on system equipment before deployment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Resolve customer technical issues related to hardware installation, repair, upgrade, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure issues are referred to the appropriate personnel/service areas for follow-up, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Install and configure new hardware and software, including Windows 10, MS Office, and OS365.
  • Manage technical support tickets and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Familiarity with iOS devices and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong technical skills, including hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education qualification: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
