Job Title: Engagement Manager

LA Family Housing is seeking a highly skilled Engagement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Programs team, you will be responsible for supervising direct service teams, managing service delivery, and overseeing referrals and enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the Coordinated Entry System (CES) referral, triage, and assessment functions.
  • Supervise, support, and coach teams to use effective clinical skills and best practices with vulnerable populations.
  • Review and respond to participant concerns, incidents, and facilitate crisis intervention and crisis resolution strategies.
  • Collaborate with program managers and LAFH teams to support effective service delivery and team dynamics.
  • Maintain effective systems of tracking program functions and outcomes, ensuring equitable and fair access to programs and referral pathways.
  • Oversee the preparation of program participant files and ensure agency quality control and contractual compliance.
  • Monitor staff completion of required documentation and outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Data and Performance Management department to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for program(s) and contracting agencies.
  • Attend regular staff and agency meetings, representing the agency/program in community meetings, and to potential donors and volunteers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of social service experience.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant management experience.
