Account Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Refrigeration Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth, including cold calls on new and existing accounts related to new construction and remodels for supermarket refrigeration.
  • Assist in the development of new construction and remodel projects, coordinating fulfillment activities with respective Area Service Managers, Technicians, Strategic Account Managers, Service Sales Account Managers, and Project Administrators.
  • Promote customer satisfaction through excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer needs and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, leveraging this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using CRM software a plus.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal working hours as required, with a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
