Position: Commercial Account Manager

Location: Lenexa, KS (On-Site)

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 total compensation

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow existing client relationships, focusing on maximizing revenue potential and expanding service offerings within your assigned portfolio.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to understand their evolving needs, identify growth opportunities, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze account performance metrics and customer data through CRM systems to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your existing client base.
  • Partner with clients as a trusted advisor, providing solutions that align with their business objectives while maintaining strong relationships through consistent communication and proactive problem-solving.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with strategic accounts to discuss performance, set goals, and develop action plans for continued growth and partnership enhancement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client success, resolve any service issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current with industry trends and client business developments to identify new opportunities for account expansion and deeper partnerships.

What you'll bring:

  • 1+ years of account management or B2B sales experience with a proven track record of growing existing accounts preferred
  • Demonstrated success in client relationship management and account retention
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret account data and develop strategic growth plans
  • Experience with CRM software and account planning tools
  • Excellence in relationship building and consultative selling approaches
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously
  • Strong presentation and business communication skills
