A DAY IN THE LIFE
The Senior Field Technician role involves conducting daily inspections as part of the LDAR Program. Key responsibilities include:
- Upholding integrity, safety, and professionalism in all tasks
- Fostering a positive team environment
- Communicating program deficiencies and potential improvements
- Reporting non-conformities in work processes
- Leading safety meetings and promoting a culture of safety
- Completing thorough Job Safety Analyses at job sites
- Ensuring compliance with all required safety equipment and protocols
- Documenting calibration and performance tests of monitoring instruments
- Performing field inspections independently or as a team leader
- Maintaining accurate documentation of leaks and inventory tags
- Assisting with logistics and QAQC programs
- Participating in training sessions for professional development and safety compliance
- Handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Education Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate knowledge of LDAR-related tools and regulations
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in LDAR
Additional Requirements
- Valid Driver's License and TWIC credentials
- Safety training certifications are advantageous
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
- Physical capability to lift 20-30 pounds and work at heights
