Your Role:

In this position, you will be the face of SpotOn in your designated area, responsible for promoting our comprehensive suite of products while fostering strong relationships with local business owners and restaurant operators. We seek driven individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who excel in building connections, understand the challenges faced by small to medium-sized businesses, and are motivated to make a significant difference in their localities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a local ambassador for SpotOn, introducing advanced technology solutions to local entrepreneurs.
  • Travel within your assigned territory to identify prospects, cultivate relationships, and onboard new business clients.
  • Oversee the complete sales process from initiation to closure with a growing client portfolio.
  • Achieve sales objectives, focusing on software and point-of-sale solutions along with payment processing services.
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales Support team to meet your monthly sales performance targets.

Qualifications:

We encourage candidates who meet most of the following criteria to apply:

  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, particularly with small business owners and restaurants.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong skills in cold calling, prospecting, and territory development.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to maintain and nurture client relationships in collaboration with internal support teams.
  • Willingness to learn and apply technology solutions to business scenarios.
  • Openness to feedback and a commitment to personal accountability.
