About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Identity Specialist to join our team at Select Signs. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating captivating visual identities across various mediums including signs, vehicle wraps, and apparel. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of branding principles, and the ability to transform conceptual ideas into visually stunning designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Conceptualize and create original designs for signs, vehicle wraps, and apparel that effectively communicate the client's brand identity.
  • Develop design concepts, mockups, and presentations for client review and feedback.
  • Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and specifications.
  • Work closely with production teams to oversee the implementation of designs across various mediums.
  • Effectively manage projects from beginning to finish in a way to that meets internal and external deadlines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing work in signs, vehicle wraps, and apparel.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Ability to effectively manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to both internal and external deadlines.
  • Knowledge of print production processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and evolving client demands.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creative problem-solving.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level, along with comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, 401(k) retirement plan, and opportunities for training and development.
