About the RoleJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Epic Analytics Specialist to enhance our analytics capabilities within the Epic environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to identify analytics requirements specific to the Epic environment.
  • Design, develop, and implement analytical solutions utilizing Epic's data structures and reporting tools (e.g., Epic's Clarity, Reporting Workbench).
  • Analyze large datasets from Epic to derive insights related to patient care, operational efficiency, and clinical outcomes.
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing data quality checks and validation processes.
  • Stay updated on Epic system enhancements and best practices in healthcare analytics.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on analytics tools and reporting capabilities within Epic.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology).
  • Proven experience working with Epic systems, particularly in analytics and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of Epic's data structures and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
