Client Specialist Role Overview

In the role of Client Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in delivering outstanding client support and operational assistance for Financial Advisors, employing a wealth management or portfolio management strategy. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Facilitating the client onboarding journey
  • Utilizing collaborations with Baird's Corporate Resource Groups
  • Overseeing client communication and service strategies
  • Coordinating client meetings and events
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Enhancing the social media presence of Financial Advisors and their teams
  • Administering the Client Relationship Management system
  • Evaluating and informing Financial Advisors of investment prospects

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in the industry or relevant administrative experience
  • Possession of or willingness to obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses
  • Commitment to exceptional client service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred

Compensation Package:

  • Hourly rate of $34.93
  • Potential for bonuses up to 8.5%
