Job Title: Senior Product Analyst

As a Senior Product Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the product lifecycle, providing tactical support across product areas, and collaborating with the team to assess product needs and conduct product backlog maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather information about new or existing products to identify additional needs.
  • Assess the current state of products to discover opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to the design, development, testing, and evaluation of products to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Support multiple internal groups in an energizing environment, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to define product strategy and customer outreach, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of related experience in product development, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and Management.
  • Strong accounting skills and deep understanding of internal controls, risk management, and business processes.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to deliver complex technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with Workday Reporting Tools and Workday Prism Analytics, as well as other relevant tools and technologies.
