Job Title: Electronics Production Technician

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Production Technician to join our team at Trillium Staffing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production assembly work and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Review and become familiar with all drawings, specifications, and other documents concerning assigned projects.
• Rotate through all the tasks required in production processes.
• Maintain production equipment and machinery.
• Assemble electronic equipment.
• Coordinate with appropriate department personnel to fulfill all delivery requirements.
• Assist assigned QA engineer and test engineering group for accomplishment of all outside and in-house testing of hardware.
• Participate with product engineering in the diagnosis and correction of manufacturing and/or field unit problems as they occur.

Requirements:
• Two or more years' experience in production assembly work.
• Wiring experience preferred.
• Soldering skills preferred.
• Must be able to handle physical, repetitive work.
• Competent in basic math and computer skills.
• Must be able to distinguish between part numbers and sizes.
• Must be able to count and label parts accurately.
• A record of increased responsibility over time.
• Demonstrate knowledge in quality control systems measurement and corrections.
• Must follow safety policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
