We're seeking a dedicated Clinical Concierge to provide exceptional customer service and guide patients through their experience in our Urgent Care Clinics.

About the Role:

As a vital member of our care team, you'll assist with clinical functions, including front and back-office duties, and work closely with providers and other clinical team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and act as a clinical concierge for patients and visitors.
  • Assist with clinical functions, including front and back-office duties.
  • Work closely with providers and other clinical team members to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Floating across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations.

What We Offer:

Full-time opportunities with 3-12 hour shifts per week, 7:45 AM – 8:15 PM. Locations currently hiring: Plano, Melissa, Mansfield, Flower Mound, Dallas, Coppell, and Denton clinics.
