Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our State Farm Agent team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping our business grow through value-based conversations.

Responsibilities include:
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Using a customer-centric approach to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized solutions.
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and work ethic, with a total commitment to success each and every day.
