Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialized Customer Service Representative to join our team at Vector Security. As a key member of our operations support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and working closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Prepare and submit accurate service reports, including data entry and other administrative tasks.
  • Support customers with basic operational tasks, such as creating estimates and proposals, and providing secondary accounting assistance.
  • Assist with training new customer service representatives and provide backup support for escalated customer issues.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
