Job Summary
The Manager of Practice Intelligence will collaborate closely with the Knowledge Resources Manager to oversee the Firm's experience management system, specifically the Litera Foundation Firm Intelligence Platform, acting as a 'product owner.' This role will involve working alongside KM Lawyers and KM Specialists to create and configure practice-specific profiles, ensuring alignment and consistency across the Foundation. The Manager will also be responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of the data entered into the system, while providing technical support to KM, Business Development, and other end-users.

The Manager of Practice Intelligence will possess in-depth knowledge of all processes and policies related to experience management, ensuring compliance with these standards.

Responsibilities/Duties
- Facilitate the daily operations of the Foundation, including experience and proposal generation modules.
- Develop tailored project management processes for the Practice Intelligence program across the Firm.
- Act as the primary contact for KM, Business Development, and other key users regarding technical issues related to the Foundation system and its processes.
- Collaborate with KM Lawyers and Knowledge Specialists to document profile requirements and change requests, ensuring profiles are developed and maintained according to best practices.
- Lead initiatives to gather experience information, focusing on data accuracy and relevance within the system; ensure non-duplication and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide recommendations on configuration options, workflows, processes, and fields within the system.
- Create and execute testing plans for configuration changes, including the development of new profiles and modifications to profile fields and values, to maintain the integrity of the experience management system and related Practice Intelligence dashboards.
- Oversee data quality; work with IT and Data Analytics to ensure seamless data integrations, imports, and exports.
- Monitor user adoption and generate reporting metrics; prepare progress reports on the Practice Intelligence program for Firm leadership.
- Collaborate with KM Lawyers and the Knowledge Resources Manager to identify opportunities for enhancing the Foundation; gather requirements for enhancement requests.
- Assist in testing new releases and enhancements from the vendor, coordinating with technical resources as necessary to ensure the platform's daily functionality.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills
- Extensive experience with legal technology, particularly experience management systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex assignments with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Required Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or professional services environment.

Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Litera's Foundation Firm Intelligence Platform is preferred.

Required Education
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.

Salary Information
The estimated base salary range for this position is $135,000 to $155,000. The actual salary offered will depend on various factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, education level, certifications, and any applicable professional licenses.

This role is exempt, meaning it is not eligible for overtime pay.
