Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Exhaust Model Maker to uphold quality standards within our exhaust assembly division. This role is crucial in ensuring that all products meet our stringent quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze CMM reports and independently troubleshoot assembly processes to enhance first-piece quality.
  • Identify and rectify issues during the assembly and inspection phases, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Verify that shipped products align with internal quality benchmarks.
  • Ensure customer documentation adheres to established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Set and achieve manufacturing goals aligned with customer timelines.
  • Develop and implement processes to optimize exhaust system assembly.
  • Supervise the creation and maintenance of assembly tools to ensure optimal working conditions.
  • Apply GD&T principles to understand their impact on component quality.
  • Engage in production planning and scheduling to meet both internal and external customer expectations.
  • Possess knowledge of metal exhaust and assembly techniques, with a preference for candidates trained in lean manufacturing and performance management.
