Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain CNC tube bending machinery, saws, and end forming equipment to produce high-quality tube fabrications.
  • Program parts from CAD designs and perform advanced calibration on laser tube cutting equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tube fabrication, CNC machining, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T and its application in tube fabrication.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Working Conditions

The Tube Fabrication Specialist will work in a manufacturing environment with regular exposure to noise, dust, and other hazardous materials. The position requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods. The employee must be able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
