Position Summary

We are currently seeking a CNC Tube Bending Specialist responsible for overseeing all facets of tube bending operations, including maintenance, programming, setup, and process enhancements. This role involves tube fabrication utilizing CNC tube bending machinery, saws, and end forming equipment. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to make quick and precise decisions related to production processes and machinery.

Available Shifts:

We offer multiple shifts to accommodate various schedules:

  • Monday-Friday – 7:00am-3:30pm
  • Monday-Thursday – 3:30pm-2:00am (Shift premium of $1.00 per hour)
  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 5:00am-5:30pm (Shift premium of $2.00 per hour)
  • Saturday, Sunday, Monday – 5:00am-5:30pm (Shift premium of $2.00 per hour)
  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 5:00pm-5:30am (Shift premium of $15.00 per hour)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of tube bending operations, including maintenance, programming, setup, and process improvements.
  • Fabricate tubes using CNC tube bending machinery, saws, and end forming equipment.
  • Conduct advanced calibration on laser tube cutting equipment.
  • Program parts from CAD designs.
  • Understand how GD&T impacts parts and adjust plans accordingly.
