Job Summary:

CPS is seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to lead the Paste Ink Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and ink development, with 10+ years of experience in energy cure, lithographic, and sheetfed inks. The Technical Manager will be responsible for the overall technical development and quality of the division, including research and development, quality control, and personnel management.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective technical strategies for the division
Train and develop subordinates to improve their skills and productivity
Conduct cost reduction initiatives and improve processes
Lead a hands-on approach to management, working closely with managers and supervisors throughout the plant
Resolve personnel issues and manage performance
Analyze and solve technical issues
Perform lab analysis and laboratory tasks as needed
Provide leadership, development, and training to accomplish company goals and objectives
Establish expectations and manage personnel to secure a clean and safe working environment
Provide monthly reports to the General Manager

Requirements:
BS in Chemistry or similar field
10+ years of experience in ink development
Supervisory experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to analyze and solve technical issues
