We are seeking an experienced Investment Operations Manager to join our team, focusing primarily on Fixed-Income investments and involved in the wider credit portfolio, including Private Credit/Alternatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the house expert and point person when liaising with the Business Risk and Strategy (BRS) team.
  • Responsible for analytics and data in BRS, developing and maintaining custom logic as needed, and assisting the team with reporting needs.
  • Update and monitor investment results, working closely with the investment accounting team to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Assist with the execution of asset rotation, working with investment accounting to ensure asset movements are reflected in the systems.
  • Assist with onboarding new managers, including workflow between external asset managers, custodians, legal entities, and internal/external investment accounting service providers.
  • Accountable for ongoing Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and Investment Manager Agreement (IMA) amendment updates with existing managers.
  • Work with asset managers to monitor portfolios.
  • Support the due diligence process on new investment opportunities within private credit.
  • Evaluate and analyze various private credit funds.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda and materials for the investment committee.
  • Monitor the performance of the existing investment portfolio.
  • Perform research on trends and characteristics of various sectors within the private credit and securitized space.
Requirements
  • Advanced user of BRS.
  • 2+ years of experience in investment operations.
  • Familiarity with onboarding and KYC process and requirements.
  • 2+ years of credit experience in one or more securitized products.
  • Familiarity with various asset classes within securitized products.
  • Experience in both public and private market investments.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
