As a Security Program Manager within the Cloud Chief Information Security Office (CISO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the security direction for Google Cloud and collaborating with exceptional teams across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include setting the focus, direction, and impact of the organization concerning product security, with a diverse array of tasks to be accomplished across various security domains.


Key responsibilities include:

Conducting security reviews, providing security education, performing web application scanning and testing, engaging in vulnerability research, and analyzing security data to identify and mitigate risks.

Utilizing your extensive technical knowledge, you will guide various engineering-specific programs and teams to enhance product security.

Compensation:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

The displayed range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.

Individual pay within the range is influenced by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities:

Analyze data to identify high-impact programs aimed at reducing security vulnerabilities.
Provide recommendations for security enhancements across multiple domains.
Quantify security risks throughout Google Cloud and identify recurring themes to suggest improvements.
Promote a data-driven strategy mindset within the organization.
Drive the identified programs to mitigate risk.
Enhance visibility and strengthen communication across teams, executives, and other key stakeholders.
Lead teams across various disciplines and levels on strategic and significant initiatives.
