Role Overview:The Global Product Operations team plays a crucial role in supporting the Unified Technology Group (UTG) and STEP (Success, Technology, Experience, and Platform) organizations. Our Program Management Office is responsible for executing cross-functional initiatives, including Release Management, Platform Engineering, Global Cloud Services (GCS), and other strategic programs.
This position focuses on the GCS organization, particularly the Cloud Network Services teams. The programs in this area are highly technical, requiring collaboration across various departments and a data-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate autonomously to identify and address long-standing organizational challenges.
- Develop comprehensive plans, engage with executive stakeholders, and conduct root cause analyses to implement effective solutions.
- Establish scalable processes to manage multiple programs efficiently.
- Contribute to the enhancement of the program management function by sharing best practices and lessons learned.
- Identify interdependencies and potential conflicts among different product offerings and platforms.
- Ensure clear communication and transparency regarding program status and resource allocation to stakeholders.
We seek individuals who can lead constructive discussions to tackle critical challenges in both strategic and tactical scenarios. Candidates should demonstrate change agent behavior by coaching others and advocating for scalable solutions that enhance execution processes.
Experience in managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams is essential, along with proficiency in project management software to track metrics and report progress.
Basic Qualifications:- 10+ years of project/program management experience in mid to large-sized organizations, preferably with a focus on network engineering and operations.
- A BA/BS degree or higher in Business Management, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Operations and Information Management, or a related field.
