Job Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive case management services to children, adolescents, and their families.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to ensure household stability.
  • Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to identify and address the needs of children and families.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress.
  • Participate in team meetings and conferences to discuss client cases and develop strategies for addressing complex issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • 1-year experience in Social Work or a related field that includes case management, education, and child welfare experience working with children and youth, juvenile delinquency, and/or families.
  • Strong clinical writing skills.
  • Strong professional communication skills.
