We are seeking a qualified and experienced Child Development Specialist to join our team as a Pre-K Teacher Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs that promote the growth and development of young children.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, with a focus on child development and learning. You will be responsible for guiding a teaching team to develop classroom plans, goals, and lead hands-on activities based on your observations of the children's interests and needs. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with parents and staff are essential for this role.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $17.50 - $21.35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
