Role Overview:
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our manufacturing team. Currently, we have openings for Material Handler Technicians on the 2nd Shift (3:30 PM - midnight) within our Warehouse department. The primary responsibilities include:
- Sorting, picking, storing, and counting components in preparation for assembly.
- Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining quality standards.
- Utilizing an inventory scanning system for tracking items in and out of locations.
- Conducting cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Using various tools such as manual, electric, and pneumatic tools, fork trucks, jib cranes, templates, hand carts, measuring devices, and safety equipment (experience preferred).
- Operating a forklift, with training and certification provided.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. A high school diploma or GED is required. Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check. We seek individuals with a strong work history in safety, performance, and attendance, as well as effective communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
The role involves regular standing, walking, stooping, squatting, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling. Employees must be able to lift/carry up to 40 pounds frequently and may occasionally need to push/pull more than 40 pounds with assistance. Forklift operation is mandatory, with training provided.
