Position Overview:
Kemper Life is on the lookout for a dynamic and proactive individual who thrives in a results-driven environment. This role involves reporting to the District Manager and collaborating with a dedicated team of licensed insurance agents within designated regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Continuously scout and recruit qualified candidates for the agent role.
  • Provide comprehensive training on Kemper Life's offerings and sales methodologies.
  • Regularly engage with agents in their territories to oversee and evaluate sales and collection efforts.
  • Conduct business assessments with clients both in-person and via phone to ensure satisfaction and adherence to policies.
  • Deliver in-person assistance to clients, regardless of agent assignment.
  • Maintain regular communication with the District Manager regarding both personal and agent performance metrics.
  • Effectively address and resolve conflicts with clients and team members in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Minimum of 2 years in sales management or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to conduct door-to-door visits with clients and prospects.
  • This position requires presence in the office.
  • As business needs dictate, 50-100% of time will be spent in the field to recruit, train, and support agents.
  • Must possess a reliable vehicle for daily travel.
  • Fully licensed to sell Kemper Life products in necessary states.
  • Valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance coverage are required.
  • Must pass background checks, motor vehicle report checks, and drug screenings.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
