We are currently in search of committed Hearing Care Providers to take on the role of Managing Partners within our US operations. This position is pivotal, as it involves not only overseeing the delivery of top-notch hearing care services but also acting as a key stakeholder in the business.

As a Managing Partner, you will have the chance to co-own and co-manage the practice, collaborating with fellow partners to enhance the success of the operation. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining high standards of clinical excellence and service quality, ultimately benefiting individuals experiencing hearing loss.


Key Responsibilities
  • Performing comprehensive patient diagnostics through hearing assessments and evaluations.
  • Fitting and dispensing hearing aids while recommending suitable assistive devices tailored to patient requirements.
  • Instructing patients on the effective use of their hearing aids and related accessories.
  • Delivering exceptional aftercare to ensure optimal patient satisfaction and care standards.
  • Collaborating closely with optometry staff and utilizing patient referral initiatives.
  • Leading outreach efforts to promote the practice.

Qualifications
  • HIS, BC-HIS, or Au.D certification.
  • Proven ability to foster partnerships and establish rapport with the optometry team.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
